As a Lederne member you have access to experienced advisors and union representatives, both locally and centrally, who can help you develop better working conditions and resolving conflicts.
Lederne’s own staff includes advisors and lawyers, as well as corporate agreements with external law firms to ensure that you get a quick response to your matter.
As a member you have free access to advice and legal assistance in all matters concerning your employment. We can assist you with your employment contract, job changes and dismissals, or any other issues regarding your employment. You must have been a fully paid-up member for a minimum of 3 months to utilize this.
We also offer up to 15 hours of private legal assistance for you and your family. The assistance can be used for most areas within private legal matters, for example Inheritance, contracts, real estate issues etc. To make use of this benefit, you must have been a member for a minimum of 6 months.
You as a member also have free access to the legal encyclopedia “Compendia” (requires log in to “min side”)
