Our advisors are working all over Norway, and they are people with high expertise in employment, industry, labor law and organization. Their main jobs are to assist your local representatives.

Local chapters

As a member of Lederne you are also a member of a local chapter, whose main task is to create and encourage local contact, so that you as a member feel part of a living professional community. We currently have 18 local chapters all over Norway

Company groups

Most of our members have created company groups at their own places of work. The union representatives in your company – together with the local chapter – can help you with all kinds of employment-related issues. If there is no representative at your place of work, you can get help from your local chapter or the administration.

Training for members and representatives

Lederne – both locally and centrally – operates an extensive program to ensure that local representatives and members can learn more about membership benefits and local representative activities. All such courses and arrangements are free to members.
