Grants for education and free leadership courses
The workplace is continually changing. By improving your knowledge, you will be better placed to meet the challenges. Lederne can give you the educational tools that you need.
Members who are a part of the tariff agreement between Lederne and NHO, PBL or iArbeid, can apply for financial grants aimed at professional growth:
- Up to NOK 60.000 per year for full time studies.
- Up to NOK 30.000 per year for part time studies.
- Up to NOK 20.000 for studies beside of full time work, or partial educational leave up to 50%.
